  • Individual sessions provide a dedicated space for you to explore your personal challenges and goals. We work with you to understand your patterns and develop practical strategies for moving forward. These sessions are ideal for those navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, or life transitions.

    We decided to combine our backgrounds to create a virtual space where adults in Ontario could feel truly at home while doing the work of personal growth. Our relationship as sisters is the foundation of our collaborative approach. This allows us to bring a unique level of understanding and synchronicity to the care we provide.

  • Relationship support focuses on the dynamics between you and your partner. We help you build better communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen your emotional connection. Our collaborative approach ensures that both individuals feel heard and respected throughout the process.

  • We believe in transparency when it comes to the logistics of your care.

    • Rate: $150 per session.

    • Duration: 60 minutes.

    • Format: Secure online video sessions across Ontario and in person appointments in London, Ontario.

    • Insurance: Our services are covered by most private insurance providers in Ontario. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm that Registered Psychotherapists or RP (Qualifying) are included in your specific plan.

  • We make the process of starting therapy as simple as possible. You can view our availability and manage your appointments through our secure portal.
