There are specific legal and ethical limits to this privacy, such as if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, which we will discuss clearly during our first meeting.

    We decided to combine our backgrounds to create a virtual space where adults in Ontario could feel truly at home while doing the work of personal growth. Our relationship as sisters is the foundation of our collaborative approach. This allows us to bring a unique level of understanding and synchronicity to the care we provide.

  • We use a secure online platform for all our scheduling. You can view our real-time availability and select a time that works best for you. Once you book, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details you need for your session.

  • Our virtual sessions are held on a secure, healthcare-grade video platform. It is designed to meet strict privacy standards to ensure your conversations remain protected. You do not need to download any complicated software. You simply click the link provided in your appointment reminder.

  • Our services are covered by most private insurance providers in Ontario. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm that your plan includes coverage for Registered Psychotherapists or RP (Qualifying). We will provide you with a receipt after each session that you can submit for reimbursement.

  • We serve all of Ontario, Canada. Because our practice is primarily virtual, we can provide support to individuals and couples living anywhere in the province, from large cities to smaller rural communities.

  • Psychotherapy offers a dedicated space to focus entirely on your well-being. It can help you gain clarity on your patterns, develop practical tools for managing stress, and improve your relationships. Many people find that having a consistent, non-judgmental space to talk leads to a greater sense of peace and resilience in their daily lives.

  • Yes. We are members in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). This is the regulatory body that ensures psychotherapists in Ontario meet high standards of practice, ethics, and ongoing professional development.

  • We value your time and the consistency of your care. We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another person who may be waiting for support. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
